Customers, Visitors, or Recipients who wish to communicate with Site via Site’s “Contact” page do so under these conditions:

• Said users give their permission for Site to respond via E-mail to Visitor, Customer, or Recipient inquiry.

• Said users are subject to the terms and conditions of Site’s Privacy Policy.

• By communicating with Site you give your permission for Site to collect, archive, retrieve, and otherwise use any information collected from you as Site sees fit.
   

Further, any communication that Site deems to be a testimonial, may be publicized by Site for Site’s commercial purposes.

Business Engagement Inquiries via E-mail

Since our Site function is to aggregate and facilitate the sale/lease of ad space, virtually all of the unsolicited E-mails that you may receive from Site will be sent by your static media counterparts (that you most likely know and trust) attempting to invite you to view and respond to their live e-Avail or e-RFA posted at www.unsoldspace.com.  Since we have no control over the individual/s our Customers choose to market their e-Avail or e-RFA to, we cannot offer an opportunity to opt-out of receiving this type of E-mail inquiry.

SPAM

By providing this Site information that forms the basis of communication with you, such as your E-mail address, you waive all rights to file complaints concerning unsolicited E-mail from Site.  That said, you should feel confident that virtually all E-mail sent by Site to you will be related to the online administration of your account at Site.
